The size of the Committee is determined by the Society’s rules and is currently within the range of a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 12.

The Committee meets for 2 days each quarter and has specific terms of reference. The Committee approves annual budgets, with actual results being reported against budget on a regular basis and significant variances investigated. Operational management of the Society is delegated to the Chief Executive, who meets regularly with the Chairman. The Committee is responsible for defining the strategy and objectives of the Society.
